What is Spacetalk Membership?
Spacetalk membership is our new membership program for our valued Spacetalk Kids device customers. It gives you great discounts on products and accessories, reduced repair costs and two $29 vouchers!

A $29 Credit towards your next Spacetalk kids device purchase.
Membership has an annual membership fee of $29.00 AUD for unlimited devices.
Spacetalk membership is currently not available for Life device repairs.
What are the benefits of Spacetalk Membership?

- A $29 sign up bonus voucher for credit on mobile handset plans, that can be redeemed straight away. If you don’t use the full credit on your first purchase the remaining balance can be redeemed on future purchases

- Discounts on repairs in the event your Adventurer or Loop device is damaged, and on replacement devices if your device cannot be repaired* **
- Exclusive access to Sales and Member only offers

How much does it cost?
Spacetalk membership is $29 per 12 months for unlimited devices.
Do I need a Spacetalk membership plan for each of my devices?
No, Spacetalk membership covers all your Adventurer and Loop devices, whether it is 1 device or 5, and covers any future devices your family may purchase as long as you have an active plan.
I have received a $29 voucher, what can I use it for?
The $29 Mobile Credit voucher is valid for mobile handset plans purchased via the Spacetalk Webstore. This is a full redeemable credit, so any unused balance can be used on future transactions.
Example - $29 Credit is used to purchase a 10Gb handset plan for $22, the remaining $7 Credit can be redeemed on a future handset transaction.
The $29 Device voucher can be used for the purchase of new Loop or Adventurer devices via the Spacetalk Webstore.
What is priority support?
Priority support guarantees our customers a same day response to an email enquiry raised between 9am and 2pm AEDT Monday to Friday. These emails must be submitted via the membership portal to qualify for priority assessment.
How do I access priority support?
Priority support is accessed via the Member log in portal on the website and completing the contact form.
How do I renew my plan?
Your Spacetalk membership plan will be automatically renewed at the end of the 12 month period unless you choose to cancel. We will send you reminder prior to the renewal date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your Spacetalk Membership cost $29 dollar per year.
If you'd like to cancel the automated renewal:
1. Login to your account page
2. Click manage membership
3. You will be prompt to cancel your Spacetalk Membership
