5. Receipt Confirmation: Within 5 business days of receiving your item, we will confirm its receipt and provide you with an update on the next steps.

8. Data Protection: For your security, please back up all data and perform a factory reset before returning your device. Please note that returned devices will undergo a factory reset process. Spacetalk is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
9. Collection Timeline: If no arrangements are made for your device to be returned within 90 days from the date we notify you that it's ready for delivery, we may proceed with responsible disposal of the device.
