Home Care Package (HCP)

Work together with a home care provider to improve your safety & wellbeing and help reach your goals with Spacetalk Life.If you are over 65 and have an HCP speak with your adviser or package manager and request a review for this product.Under the HCP you can be funded for the watch and app in initial set up- but the network SIM and ongoing app cost will be your responsibility.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Ideal for seniors living independently to support social connection within their community. If you are over 65 and have CHSP services speak to your provider and ask if you have a service code for Goods Equipment and Assistive Technology. If you are over 65 and have previously had CHSP services or never had services - contact My Aged Care and request an assessment.

Which NDIS plan is yours?

Plan Managed

Let your Plan Manager or provider pay us directly. We’ll provide an invoice for you to pass onto your plan manager.

Self Managed

Choose to do it yourself. Request an invoice and we will provide bank details for you to pay via bank transfer.

NDIS Managed

Let us claim your full order on your behalf. As we’re a registered NDIS support provider simply provide your consent and we’ll take care of things for you.

3. Provide Invoice  

Once our customer service team has received the Purchase Request Form we will provide you with an invoice within 48 hours. If we require more information we will reach out via email.

4. Make Payment  

After our Customer Support team has provided you with an invoice we will ask you to pass onto your Plan Manager for payment.

5. Receive Product  

Once the payment has been received we will ship out your selected product. You will receive shipping information from Australia Post with a tracking number to keep an eye on the shipping status.
