We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard. We may introduce additional payment methods from time to time. You must make an advance payment as set out on our order form before we start providing the services.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method to accepts monthly payments, including but not limited to inform us on any payment method details change and having sufficient funds as to allow us to collect monthly payment.
If you pay through auto payment, please note that:
(a) if there are any changes to the amount, date, or frequency of your auto payment, we will notify you in advance of your credit card being debited or as otherwise agreed;
(b) if an error is made in the payment of your auto payment, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or financial institution;
(c) if you receive a refund, you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when we ask you to; and
(d) you can cancel an auto payment by simply contacting our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Spacetalk Mobile Site at any time if you breach these Site Terms in our reasonable opinion.
Warranties, Indemnity and Limitations on Liability
The Spacetalk Mobile service is provided "as is" and without warranty or condition. In particular, our service may not be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not represent or warrant that the content on the Spacetalk Mobile Site is accurate, reliable, suitable, or complete.
In no case shall Spacetalk Mobile, our directors, employees, contractors, and agents be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim or any direct, indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the sim or related services or for any other claim related in any other way to the use of the Spacetalk Mobile services.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the lesser of the amount of the subscription to the service and the amount permitted by law.
These terms will not limit any non-waivable warranties or consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Spacetalk Mobile and our associated entities from any claim or demand including reasonable legal costs made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference or by your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
