Same-day delivery service for Sydney
Convenient same-day delivery service for selected postcodes within Sydney Metro area. This premium service ensures your Spacetalk smartwatch reaches you on the same day you place your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Service Fee
- A flat rate of $25 applies to all same-day deliveries for orders with a value over $100
- A flat rate of $30 applies to all same-day deliveries for orders with a value under $100
- This fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process
- The fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched
Eligible Areas
- This service is available exclusively for postcodes within the Sydney Metro area
- Eligibility will be confirmed during the checkout process
- We are continuously working to expand our coverage area
Ordering Conditions
Order Cutoff Time
- Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM AEST on the desired delivery day
- Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed for delivery on the next available delivery day
- Same-day delivery service is subject to availability
Delivery Window
- Deliveries typically occur between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM AEST on the same day
- Our delivery partner will make every effort to deliver within this timeframe

Delivery Support
- For delivery inquiries, customers can contact Go People directly through the tracking link
- Customers can also communicate with the driver directly via the tracking interface
- This direct communication ensures a smooth delivery process and up-to-date ETAs
Delivery Procedures
Customer Not at Home
If no one is available to receive the delivery:
- The driver will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address
- If no safe place is available, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse
- A notification will be sent to inform you of the delivery outcome
Reprocessing and Reshipment
- For parcels returned to our warehouse due to no safe place being available, a reprocessing fee will be applicable
- Returned parcels require a new order to be placed for redelivery
- The original order cannot be rescheduled for redelivery
- Both the reprocessing fee and standard shipping charges will apply to the new order
