What kid age is the Spacetalk Loop best suited for?
The Spacetalk Loop kids smartwatch is best suited for parents looking to safely connect their kids without the need of giving them a smartphone. Spacetalk Watches is appropriate for kids, tweens or teens looking to gain more independence, and for parents looking to get better peace of mind knowing their kid is safe.
Do Spacetalk Watches come with a wearable SIM plan?
All Spacetalk Watches require an active and compatible wearable SIM to work.
Spacetalk Watches are soft locked to Spacetalk Wearable SIMs in Australia, the UK and USA. Spacetalk Wearable SIMs can be purchased via the website in Australia or we’ll direct you to our Telco partners in the UK and USA.
In all other countries, Spacetalk Watches are compatible with any SIM plan.
Are Spacetalk Watches waterproof?
The Spacetalk Loop has a dust and water-resistant rating of IP67, making it splash proof and protected up to a depth of 1 metre for a duration of up to 30 minutes.* *Splash, water and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. We do not recommend actively swimming or bathing while wearing a Spacetalk Watch.
Can Spacetalk Watches be used at school?
Yes. Spacetalk Watches can be used at school with School Mode enabled.
Through the Spacetalk App, parents can set School Mode to automatically limit features during school hours, helping reduce distractions in class.
While in School Mode, calls, messages and notifications are restricted, but essential safety features like location tracking and SOS remain active.

Yes. The Spacetalk Loop is designed to be quick and easy to set up.
Simply download the Spacetalk App, make sure your wearable SIM is active, and follow the step-by-step prompts in the app.
In just a few minutes, you’ll be connected and ready to go. The setup is guided, clear and parent-friendly, so you can focus less on tech and more on helping your child enjoy their new independence with confidence.
