This means if you or someone you care for lives with a disability, you may be eligible for funding through the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Which NDIS plan is yours?

Plan Managed

Let your Plan Manager or provider pay us directly. We’ll send them a quote and they’ll take care of the device order for you.

Self Managed

Choose to do it yourself. Request an NDIS quote and we will advise you on how to pay. Call our friendly team on 1300 087 423 to pay via phone.

NDIS Managed

Let us claim your full order on your behalf. As we’re a registered NDIS provider, this is the easiest way to apply for funding. Simply provide your consent and we’ll take care of things for you.

Fill in Request Form

3.
Accept quote

Once our customer service team has received the request form, we will contact you within 48 hours

4.
Make Payment

After our customer service has contacted you regarding the quote, we will ask you to pass onto your Plan Manager.

5.
Receive Product

Once the payment has been received we will ship out your selected product. You will receive shipping information from Australia Post with a tracking number to keep an eye on its shipping status.
