Who can participate in the referral program?
All customers are eligible to participate! Whether you're a new or existing customer, you can refer friends and earn rewards.
How do I refer a friend?
After making a purchase, you will receive a unique referral link on the order confirmation page. You can also get your referral link by filling out a form above
What reward do I get for referring a friend?
For every successful referral, you’ll receive a discount code worth $29.95, which you can use to redeem a free Spacetalk Adventurer 2 and Loop Smartwatch Buckle Band.
There are no minimum order requirements for redeeming, but the code expires 30 days after it is issued.
What does my friend get when I refer them?
The person you refer will receive a $30 discount code to use on their first order of $150 or more. Their discount code also expires 30 days after it is issued.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No! You can refer as many friends as you like. For every successful referral, you’ll receive a new discount code.
Can I use multiple referral rewards on one order?
No, only one discount code can be used per order. However, you can continue referring more friends and earning new discount codes for future purchases.
How will I receive my referral reward?
Once your friend successfully makes a qualifying purchase using your referral link, you’ll receive an email with your $29.95 discount code.
What happens if my friend doesn’t use my referral link?
To qualify for the reward, your friend must use your unique referral link when making their purchase. If they check out without using your link, the referral discount will not be applied, and neither of you will receive the rewards.
Do the referral rewards expire?
Yes. Both the referrer’s $29.95 discount code and the referred friend’s $30 discount code expire 30 days after they are issued.
Can I refer myself using a different email?
No, self-referrals are not allowed. The referral program is designed to reward you for introducing new customers to our store.
